History
The Skyward story began in 2008 when Jen Lambert started with the company. At that time, the Skyward “Office” was located on the kitchen table in her home. One of Skywards most prominent customer accounts, which originated from a cold call by Jen and her two young daughters, remains a client as of 2008, proving the quality of service. When Jen started with Skyward, she also managed an extensive portfolio of real estate on the side while advancing her corporate career as a regional sales manager and then being promoted to a national marketing manager at a Fortune 500 company.
Jen has always pursued the “American Dream” and her family legacy of success in innovation has helped her grow Skyward from a $15,000 company in 2008 to the multi-million-dollar business it is today. Her great-great-grandfather, John Lambert, was an innovator with over 600 patents, and his sense of innovation and success has been passed down through the generations to Jen, shaping her entrepreneurial focus today.
Through dedication and hard work, Jen has built and continues to build the infrastructure to scale Skyward. Her experience operating commercial real estate allows Skyward to offer a unique approach to clients, as she understands the perspective and pressure of ensuring that a facility’s needs are met. With shared industry expert knowledge and entrepreneurial vision, Jen Lambert and her coworkers at Skyward identified an opportunity to create an organization that operates successfully by prioritizing exceptional customer service in an environment where green sustainability programs, woman-owned businesses, and long-time clients and employees are crucial considerations for decision-makers today.
Skyward Building Services remains a leading facility maintenance company, embodying the American dream.
