Construction and fit-out leave a layer of fine dust on every horizontal surface, inside cabinets and ductwork grilles, and on glass, plus the debris, labels, paint spatter and adhesive that trades leave behind. Post-construction cleaning is a different job from routine janitorial: it is scoped once, sequenced with the general contractor’s schedule and finished with a walkthrough against your punch list.
Skyward runs it in phases. A rough clean removes debris and bulk dust once the trades are off site; a detail clean works every surface, fixture and pane of glass; a final clean follows the last trade visits and prepares floors for opening. Each phase is scoped on a site walkthrough and verified by a supervisor before the next starts.
Once the space opens, the same team can carry the building into a routine program, so the standard set at handover is the standard that continues.
What Post-Construction Cleaning Covers
How Skyward Runs It
Walkthrough and scope
We walk the building with you, note space types, traffic, access and risk, and write a scope that says exactly what is done, where and how often. Commercial cleaning is scoped on site, not from a form.
Routes, zones and launch
The facility is divided into defined zones and crews work assigned routes with clear tasks and sequencing, so results do not depend on memory or on who is working that night. A supervisor leads the first shifts.
Daily verification and an owner
Completion checks, visual verification and supervisor walkthroughs create a daily quality rhythm. A named manager with a clear escalation path owns the result, so you are not managing your vendor's crew.
